For Amy's 10,000 day birthday I got her tickets to a simulcasted Garth Brooks' concert. We've always wanted to see him in concert, and with his current retirement this just doesn't occur often enough. They simulcasted the final concert to movie theatres all over the place, I think they had like 300,000 viewers. It was difficult to get into at first, but when he really went in to the good songs I found myself singing along and enjoying it. Amy and I had a great time! I felt like a kid on a first date too!
At the end Garth told the audience, "If you will wait for me, I will be back." Next time we'll be there live. Doesn't matter where, we'll be there.
